In an effort to make sure residents in every area of 124th Legislative District have access to the services his office can provide, Rep. Jerry Knowles (R-Berks/Schuylkill) today announced that he will hold office hours in a number of communities around the district.   

Visits are scheduled for: 

• 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 3, at the Shoemakersville Borough Hall, 115 East 9th St. in Shoemakersville.
• 12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. on Tuesday, June 3, at the Port Clinton Fire Company, Board and Penn Sts. in Port Clinton.
• 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 10, at the Sheppton-Oneida Fire Company, 900 Center Street, Sheppton.
• 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 10, at the McAdoo Borough Hall, 23 North Hancock St. in McAdoo. 

“These district visits are an opportunity for people who might not be able to make it to my district offices to discuss their questions and concerns about state government,” Knowles said.  “I encourage anyone who is having a problem with state government or who would like to discuss a state issue with me to stop by.” 

Knowles said residents can expect similar services to those provided in his other district offices including driver’s licensing and vehicle registration renewals; Property Tax/Rent Rebate and PACE/PACENET applications; and referrals to state agencies and departments to resolve state-related matters.
